Our PC Software: Installing and Basic Troubleshooting course teaches you how to install, upgrade and troubleshoot Linux and Windows (2008/XP/7) operating systems on a personal computer (PC). Learn how to investigate conflicts between an operating system and software and how to load and add device drivers while working with a variety of applications. The projects in this course simulate real situations encountered by PC technicians.
Prerequisites
You must have completed our COMP 9665 PC Building and Repair Fundamentals course. (An approved equivalent is also acceptable.)
