Our Nutrition Analysis and Food Labelling course recognizes that food laws and regulations are critical to the success of every food producer. This nutrition labelling course helps you understand Canadian federal food labelling policies under the Food and Drugs Act as set by Health Canada and the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA).
