Our Leadership Communication and Group Dynamics course provides you with an understanding of the various concepts and styles of leadership, the differences between leading and managing, and the leadership skills necessary for success in hospitality. Learn and practice skills in effective communication, conflict resolution, negotiation, problem solving, networking and leading through economic uncertainty.
