Our Leadership and Advanced Communication course emphasizes transformational leadership, communication skills and the role of the nurse on a multidisciplinary team. Study the theoretical nature and interactive processes of leadership, leadership development and ethical responsibility. Examine the benefits and challenges of technology and nursing informatics in support of quality health care.
