Certificate of Completion

Our Italian Language Program introduces you to the Italian language through speaking, listening, reading and writing. Learn the fundamentals, and practice conversing and writing about your life. Explore Italian culture while developing your language skills.

There are no prerequisites if you choose to start this program with our introductory LANG 9041 Italian 1 course. However, if you have previous Italian language experience and wish to fast-track this program, you must either do a placement interview (so we can determine your Italian language proficiency and the course most suitable for you to start with) or you must apply for course exemptions (if you have completed the equivalent courses at an accredited post-secondary institution within the last three to five years).
