Our IT Solution Development and Implementation course teaches you how to bring such emerging technologies as big data, artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning to the process of creating innovative solutions with business stakeholders. Study the different types of current and future enterprise IT systems – such as an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system – and the evolution of them. Learn about the traditional predictive and agile management approaches used to develop business IT solutions and about the concept of customer experience/product design solutions. Examine and address the impact of mobile applications and commercial cloud services on the delivery of IT solutions.

This course is offered by George Brown College Continuing Education in partnership with Three O Project Solutions Inc.


Course Delivery Method:

This is normally an in-class course but will be offered temporarily online via Blackboard Learn while college buildings are closed.


You will have the most success in this course if you already have a basic knowledge of the role/functions of an IT department within an enterprise and a minimum of two years of IT-related work experience before you start this course, but technical IT experience is not required.
