Our IT Management in the Digital Transformation Age course takes a 360-degree view of an information technology (IT) manager's role – from strategic thinking to tactical deployment. This IT management course provides you with an introduction to enterprise IT governance frameworks that ensure the alignment of IT departmental goals with business objectives. Study IT capability and capacity management models, and learn how to plan, develop and deploy human resources to fulfill corresponding IT functions. Examine sourcing strategies for non-essential, routine and selective IT functions, and consider why and how cloud services can be deployed as an effective sourcing tool. Finally, learn how to harness big data, artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning and other emerging technologies to create an IT innovation centre that enables business solutions and supports the company’s digital transformation journey.
