Our Introduction to Technology Delivery course is designed for those who are exploring delivery roles and teaches you about the methodologies, life cycles and roles that are essential in the support of information technology (IT) delivery initiatives. Study each of the core IT delivery disciplines – such as product ownership, project management, business analysis and change management – through integrated, experiential and case-based learning scenarios. Learn the processes and techniques you need to be able to conceptualize a technology solution, define the project scope, model/document the requirements (scope and specifications) and communicate and manage the impacts of organizational change.
