Refer to the basic technology requirements for OntarioLearn online courses, but note that you will also be required to have ArcGIS Pro (which is available for download at no additional cost through the course). ArcGIS Pro can only be installed on Windows-based computers.
You must have completed COMP 9518 Introduction to Geographic Information Systems (Distance Learning). (An approved equivalent is also acceptable.)
You will have the most success in this course if you already have experience working with shapefiles and an understanding of datums, projections and vector data models before you start this course.
