Our Global Accommodation Industry course examines the lodging and accommodation industry in terms of internal organizational structures, departmental needs, and the responsibilities of various positions. Consider the industry's trends, challenges, and opportunities – especially those related to ownership and service delivery. Examine the various types and styles of hotels as well as how they are operated and how they meet the needs and wants of the customer of today and tomorrow on a local and global scale.
