Financial Planning for Condominium Managers ACMO 9000

Our Financial Planning for Condominium Managers course teaches you how to use sound fiscal policies and procedures to operate a condo building and ensure its long-term economic success. Study such topics as budgets, collection, expenses, reserve funds, investments, accounting methods, financial statements, cash flow planning, audits, borrowing, and treasurers and auditors.

This is one of four condominium management courses that prepare you to write the Registered Condominium Manager (RCM) exam administered by the Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario (ACMO). Course Essentials:

You must purchase an ACMO textbook. ACMO textbooks can be purchased at the George Brown College bookstore (either on campus or online). You must register at least two weeks before the first class to make sure you have the textbook in time for the first class. Timely delivery of textbooks cannot be guaranteed if you register any closer to the start date.

Recommendations

You will have the most success in this course if you already have a working knowledge of spreadsheets before you start this course.
