Exceptional dining room service is based on two fundamental principles: technical proficiency and emotional intelligence. Our Dining Techniques and Service Excellence course provides you with an introduction to food and beverage service. Learn about styles of service and etiquette, and develop your dining room preparation and service skills in a simulated restaurant environment.

You must be at least 19 years of age.
