Our DEI and Applied Behavioural Science course examines the value – and limitations – of behavioural science in addressing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) challenges, particularly when it comes to the workplace and talent management. While this course does cover the theoretical foundations of behavioural science, the emphasis is on the applied approaches of behavioural science. Learn about individual bias versus systemic bias; behavioural biases and how to interrupt them; how to move from intention to action; and how inclusive, person-centered approaches can yield evidence-based, impactful DEI solutions.
Recommendations
