Our Coffee Sensory Evaluation course expands on the principles of sensory evaluation introduced in the prerequisite course. Further your understanding of the sensory experience and bring more awareness to the evaluative process of tasting coffee by investigating the science of sensory perception. Practical exercises challenge you to move beyond the world of coffee and experiment with the potential of coffee as an additive to both savoury and sweet foods and beverages.
You must have completed our HOSF 9456 Coffee Foundations course. (An approved equivalent is also acceptable.)
