OntarioLearn description: This online course presents proven strategies for coaching and communication, getting work done, resolving conflict, improving positive performance, and developing positive working relationships. This course introduces the fundamental principles of coaching and developing people in order to encourage their ongoing learning process in the workplace. Communication skills including delegation, motivation, conflict resolution and empowerment will be discussed. Students will have the opportunity to practice these skills and others through on-line discussions and work related projects.
