Our Business Analysis 1: Business Needs and Requirements Scope course immerses you in the practical elements of business analysis while focusing on problem analysis, business needs definition and scope/user requirements. Using real-life case studies, learn the techniques, methodologies and underlying core competencies of the business analyst and how to apply the appropriate techniques and models. Get the knowledge and expertise you need to plan, elicit, analyze, communicate, validate and manage business and user requirements in order to support the requirements delivery life cycle. This business analysis course teaches you the discipline by aligning with the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK), which is published by the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA).


Course Delivery Method:

This is normally an in-class course but will be offered temporarily online via Blackboard Learn/Collaborate while college buildings are closed. The teacher will send an email with further details on the first scheduled day of class.

Course Essentials:

This course includes a one-year IIBA membership, which enables you to use the membership content required for this course.
