Our Business Analysis 1: Business Needs and Requirements Scope course immerses you in the practical elements of the business analyst (BA) role while focusing on problem analysis, business needs definition and scope/user requirements. Using case studies, learn the BA techniques, methodologies and underlying core competencies and how to apply the appropriate models. Get the knowledge and expertise you need to plan, elicit, analyze, communicate, validate and manage business and user requirements in order to support the requirements delivery life cycle. This business analysis course teaches you the discipline by aligning with the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK).
This course also includes a one-year International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) membership.
