This baking course focuses on recipes that provide a wide range of delicious flavours while enabling you to support local food communities. Learn to work with rye, kamut, barley, maple syrup, duck eggs, strawberries, plums, apples, pears, dairy products and more as you create breads, tarts, cakes and cookies.
