Our Yoga Philosophy 3 course examines the psychophysical dimension of Patanjali's yoga system. Explore karma yoga, kriya yoga, yoga sutras, the ultimate book of yoga (Bhagavad Gita), yogic hygiene, the yogic diet, concentration and obstacles to practicing.

Grade Requirements:

You must achieve a grade of C- (60%) or better to pass this course.

Prerequisites

You must have completed our GNRL 9264 Teaching Classical Yoga 2 course and our GNRL 9265 Yoga Philosophy 2 course and you must be taking our GNRL 9266 Teaching Classical Yoga 3 course at the same time as this course.
