This course prepares students for the world of work – with a focus on their intended field – by leading them through a rigorous process of exploring changes in the marketplace, researching their intended careers, and developing skills related to acquiring desirable employment in their industry of choice. Through guided reflection, students learn how to uncover their strengths, understand their motivations, establish goals and become successful workers in an ever-changing environment.
