Winter Holiday Baking HOSF 9433 Email to a Friend Our Winter Holiday Baking course is your chance to work with our expert chefs in order to complete your annual holiday baking. This intensive baking course gives you the opportunity to bake with a variety of seasonal ingredients and to practice creating a wide variety of traditional holiday treats such as fruitcakes, shortbread, tarts, gingerbread houses and cookies. Note(s) You must bring your full George Brown chef uniform, black safety shoes (non-slip and steel toe) and tools to the first class. Prerequisite(s) You must have completed our HOSF 1137 Baking and Pastry Arts Skills I course or our HOSF 1139 Baking and Pastry for Cooks course or our HOSF 9134 Baking Arts course or an approved equivalent.
