• Vegetarian Indian Cooking HOSF 9176

    Our Vegetarian Indian Cooking course allows you to explore new ingredients and techniques through a survey of classic vegetarian dishes from India. Learn to work with paneer, cauliflower, eggplant, potatoes, spinach, chickpeas, lentils, many other vegetables and a variety of spices to create delicacies such as pakoras, aloo gobi, vegetable biryani, tandoori gobi, paneer kebabs, baingan bharta, channa bhatura, saag paneer and more.

    Course Essentials:

    You must bring your full George Brown chef uniform, black safety shoes (non-slip and steel toe) and tools to the first class.

    Prerequisite(s)

    You must have completed our HOSF 9088 Culinary Arts 1 course or our HOSF 9283 Vegetarian Culinary Arts 1 course. (An approved equivalent is also acceptable.)
