Full menus using a variety of new techniques and skills will be presented each week, and you will have an opportunity to practice a variety of recipes as you prepare your own dishes. The majority of recipes used are plant-based. Note(s) You must bring your full George Brown chef uniform, black safety shoes (non-slip and steel toe) and tools to the first class.
