Vegetarian Culinary Arts I HOSF 9283 Email to a Friend Our Vegetarian Culinary Arts I course uses a plant-based perspective to teach you about culinary basics, including ingredients, equipment, knife skills, stocks, sauces, meat substitutes, cooking methods and more. Learn to make seitan, sauces and dairy and egg alternatives as well as familiar and new classic dishes. The majority of the recipes used are plant-based. Note(s) You will be required to have a full George Brown chef uniform, black safety shoes (non-slip and steel toe) and tools for this course.
