Our Usability Testing course focuses on using professional usability studies to discover how users interact with your website, application, or device. Study the process used to design a useful usability study, and practice applying it. Learn how to create questions, recruit the right participants, set up your product for testing, moderate and observe a usability session, interact with and question participants, analyze and share your results, and find the design improvements that have the biggest impact.
