• Traditional Festive Sweets HOSF 9193


    Looking to create a bounty of celebratory baked goods to share with your friends and family? Our Traditional Festive Sweets course is an intensive workshop that teaches you to make such time-honoured holiday treats as mincemeat pie, fruitcake and a variety of holiday cookies.


    Course Essentials:

    You must bring your full George Brown chef uniform, black safety shoes (non-slip and steel toe) and tools to the first class.


    You must have completed our HOSF 9134 Baking Arts course or our HOSF 9461 Baking Arts course. (An approved equivalent is also acceptable.)
