Thai Cooking I HOSF 9417 Email to a Friend formerly Thai Cooking Our Thai Cooking I course teaches you the essentials of Thai cooking and introduces you to unique Thai ingredients as you learn to create plates that harmoniously balance spicy, salty, sour and sweet flavours. Practice preparing authentic Thai dishes (appetizers, salads, soups, curries and more) including Isan-style steak salad, green papaya salad, green chicken curry, coconut custard, pork satay and coconut-mango sticky rice.
