Consider the continuation of asanas, anatomical positions, joints and their actions, the respiratory system, the art and anatomy of breathing and the circulatory system. Note(s) You must achieve a grade of C- (60%) or better in order to pass this course. You will be required to wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat.
