Practice teaching asanas to others and performing karma yoga. Explore such topics as continuation of pranayamas, asana assessment, muscles and joints, movement, the digestive system and the endocrine system. Note(s) Completion Details: You must achieve a grade of C- (60%) or better in order to pass this course. Equipment Requirements: You must wear comfortable clothing during class and provide your own yoga mat throughout the course. Prerequisite(s) You must have completed our GNRL 9264 Teaching Classical Yoga 2 course and our GNRL 9265 Yoga Philosophy 2 course, and you must also be taking our GNRL 9267 Yoga Philosophy 3 course at the same time as this course.
