Learn about the origin of postures (asanas), the science and art of concentration, anatomy and physiology, the importance of the spine, posture assessment and alignment, pranic breathing rhythm, and meditation. Note(s) Completion Details: You must achieve a grade of C- (60%) or better to pass this course. Course Essentials: You must wear comfortable clothing during class and have your own yoga mat throughout the course. Prerequisite(s) You must also be taking our GNRL 9263 Yoga Philosophy 1 course at the same time as this course.
