Learn about the origin of postures (asanas), the science and art of concentration, anatomy and physiology, the importance of the spine, posture assessment and alignment, pranic breathing rhythm, and meditation. Note(s) Completion Details: You must achieve a grade of C- (60%) or better to pass this course.
