Tea Sensory Evaluation HOSF 9394

On Campus

Our Tea Sensory Evaluation course expands on the principles of sensory evaluation introduced in our Tea Foundations Program. Get the skills you need to be able to curate tea products on behalf of a customer by investigating the science of sensory perception organs in greater detail as well as looking further at how the chemistry of the leaf influences taste. Learn to identify and control internal and external factors – including tea wares – that may influence sensory experiences. Practical exercises challenge you to move beyond the world of tea and experiment with evaluating other food and beverage products.

Prerequisites

You must have completed our Tea Foundations Program. (An approved equivalent is also acceptable.)
