Tea Business and Supply Chain Management HOSF 9397 Email to a Friend Our Tea Business and Supply Chain Management course examines the entire tea supply chain from grower to consumer, including the numerous intermediate players involved in the distribution of tea from growers to the market. Investigate a variety of regulatory instruments that can apply to the tea market – both voluntary, such as organic designations, and mandatory, such as Canadian federal government regulations. Explore after-manufacture processes for tea such as blending and flavouring, as well as the place these products have in the tea market. Address issues such as contamination of tea products and the presence of residual agricultural chemicals. This course will be of particular interest to students who are currently importing or planning to import tea products into Canada.
