    Our Tapas course explores a variety of classic Spanish small plates and the traditions of tapas. Learn to create both simple items and more elaborate preparations as you practice making bite-sized snacks that can also form an entire meal. Discover how these traditional Spanish flavours can be paired with sherries to expand your culinary skills.

    Course Essentials:

    You must bring your full George Brown chef uniform, black safety shoes (non-slip and steel toe) and tools to the class.

    Prerequisite(s)

    You must have completed our HOSF 9088 Culinary Arts 1 course. (An approved equivalent is also acceptable.)
