Sushi HOSF 9075 Email to a Friend Our Sushi course explores the traditions of sushi through hands-on practice. Create perfect sushi rice and master knife cuts as you craft a variety of different sushi styles (including maki, nigiri, chirashi and sashimi). Learn to work with ingredients such as sushi rice, wasabi, nori, miso, salmon, eggs, avocado, mackerel, salmon roe, crab, umeboshi, shrimp, tuna and more.
