Sushi HOSF 9075 Email to a Friend Our Sushi course explores the history of sushi while giving you the opportunity to watch a demonstration of everything from miso soup to sushi rice. Practice creating the perfect sushi rice and master knife cuts as you create a variety of different sushi styles (maki, nigiri, chirashi and sashimi). Learn to work with ingredients such as wasabi, nori, miso, salmon, eggs, avocado, mackerel, salmon roe, crab, umeboshi, scallops, shrimp, tuna and more. Note(s) You must bring your full George Brown chef uniform, black safety shoes (non-slip and steel toe) and tools to the first class.
