• Supported Employment Specialist Certificate

    Our Supported Employment Specialist Certificate is intended for social service professionals whose case management responsibilities include the support and preparation of clients who are experiencing employment barriers to entering the workplace. Learn supported employment theory and practices, job development skills, networking strategies with potential employers, and client placement and follow-up. Explore professional ethics, communication and marketing skills, and the application of labour market information.


    You must have a diploma/degree or relevant volunteer/work experience with a community agency. If you do not have a diploma/degree, you must email proof of your experience (in the form of a letter from your employer and a resumé) to cecommunity@georgebrown.ca.

    Completion Details
