In our Sommelier Management course, learn where and from which sources to buy wine. Become skilled at sourcing, wine-list development, sales and marketing, cellar management and inventory, and study the law in Ontario. Learn how to develop a professional manner for dealing with staff, and explore the current human resource practices and training that are used to create a top-notch workforce and to operate a successful wine program.
