Sculpted and Specialty Cakes HOSF 9409 Email to a Friend Expand your cake decorating repertoire by learning to create novelty cakes in our Sculpted and Specialty Cakes course. Learn to incorporate both structural and design elements as well as a range of decorating skills and techniques as you construct your cakes. Practice making cakes using established designs while you work toward completing a cake of your own design.
