Savoury Baking II HOSF 9406 Email to a Friend Our Savoury Baking II course expands on the skills you learned in our HOSF 9382 (Savoury Baking I) course so that you learn to create even more satisfying treats on the savoury side of baking. Practice combining culinary and pastry techniques in order to prepare a selection of products using cheese, vegetables, herbs and other ingredients more typically found in the culinary kitchen. Learn to make your own pickles, stuffed pretzels, tortillas, calzones, ice cream, tamale pie and crumpets. Note(s) You must bring your full George Brown chef uniform, black safety shoes (non-slip and steel toe) and tools to the first class.
