Note(s) You must register in and pay for this course through George Brown College and register in and pay for the Real Estate exam through the Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario (ILCO). The exam fee is $150, and the exam will be written on Thursday, January 26, 2017. You must submit the completed exam registration form prior to the registration deadline (January 12, 2017) in order to sit the exam. Your final grade will be issued by the ILCO after you complete the exam.
