Effective communication is needed to ensure continued stakeholder support and to ensure that stakeholder needs are met. Our Project Communications Management course focuses on how to create and implement communication management plans, identify your audience and provide the right information to various stakeholders at the right time. Learn tips and tricks to effectively communicate with audience using different channels/media. Learn the best communication management practices of both traditional projects and agile projects. This communication management course builds on the best practices for integration management as described in the PMBOK Guide.
