Plumbing: Practical Applications BLDG 9253 Email to a Friend Our Plumbing: Practical Applications course provides hands-on experience in joining pipes and pipe fittings. Learn about the various piping and fitting types and how they are used in typical plumbing systems for single-family dwellings. Practice measuring, cutting and joining plumbing pipe and fittings and using branch fittings for plumbing stacks, wastes and vents. Gain the skills you need to work with a variety of materials (such as plastic drains, water pipe and copper pipe), thread pipe and set plumbing fixtures.
