    With our Plated Desserts course, earn to create a variety of different dessert elements and bring them together into beautiful plates that combine shape, texture, temperature and flavour. From cakes and custards to gelatos and garnishes, work with a variety of ingredients to prepare the components necessary for stunning and delectable desserts.

    You must bring your full George Brown chef uniform, black safety shoes (non-slip and steel toe) and tools to the first class.

    Prerequisite(s)

    You must have completed our HOSF 9134 Baking Arts course or an approved equivalent.
