    OntarioLearn description: Students will examine the following topics: maintaining payroll records, salaried; hourly; commission and contract workers; taxable benefits, statutory and other deductions; preparation of payroll journal entries; preparation of Record of Employment; preparation of T4s and T4 Summary; Workers’ Compensation; Employment Standards; and Computerized Payroll.


    • This course is equivalent to the CIB 333 (Payroll Administration) course offered by the Canadian Institute of Bookkeeping (CIB).
    • This is an online course delivered via OntarioLearn.

    You must have completed ACCT 9106 Accounting Basics I or an approved equivalent. If you are pursuing our Medical Practice Management Certificate, you must have completed our ACCT 1033 (Introductory Accounting) course.
