Pattern Drafting for Menswear FASH 9259 Email to a Friend Develop your basic knowledge and understanding of menswear pattern drafting. Through our Pattern Drafting for Menswear course, learn the methods used in the fashion industry to draft basic shirt blocks for men from standard body measurements and develop the blocks into various styles made in fabric. Practice creating your own stylized shirt and sewing the final garment. Note(s) You must bring pencils, scissors, pins, adhesive tape and an 18-inch clear ruler to the first class. You will be required to provide your own fashion fabric, sewing kit, screws (for the needle and presser foot), flat-head screwdriver, sewing thread, pins, seam ripper and hand needles. The teacher will provide details during the first class.
