Pathophysiology for Nurses (Bridge) NURS 1097 Online Email to a Friend Our Pathophysiology for Nurses (Bridge) course prepares RPN bridging students to integrate and apply pathophysiological concepts in clinical practice. Explore the basic biochemistry of nutrition (including energy requirements, vitamins, carbohydrates, lipids, proteins and water) to provide the knowledge that supports and facilitates the study of nutrition related to pathologies. Study the relevant health problems affecting clients with complex illnesses, the distribution of health states, risk factors, etiology, pathophysiology and interprofessional interventions relating to complex illnesses.
