Pasta I HOSF 9373 Email to a Friend Fresh pasta dishes (a foundation of Italian cooking) often appear simplistic but, in reality, require skill to perfect. Our Pasta I course teaches you to make your own pasta dough and gives you the opportunity to practice making a variety of shapes as well as sauces to accompany the pasta. This cooking course explores a range of classic and specialty pasta recipes, including papparadelle, bolognese, carbonara, agnolotti, rotolo, pizzoccheri, ricotta gnocchi and more. Note(s) You must bring your full George Brown chef uniform, black safety shoes (non-slip and steel toe) and tools to the first class.
