• Pasta 2 HOSF 9419

    Our Pasta 2 course helps you build your repertoire of classic and contemporary fresh pasta dishes even further as you practice your culinary skills. Learn to create dishes that combine a variety of flavour profiles, ingredients and pasta dough from diverse regions. Practice making a range of unique, contemporary pasta and pasta dishes, including gnocchi alla Romana, testaroli, trofie, ramen noodles, tarhonya noodles, timpano and more.

    Equipment Requirements:

    You must bring your full George Brown chef uniform, black safety shoes (non-slip and steel toe) and tools to the first class.

    Prerequisite(s)

    You must have completed our HOSF 9373 Pasta 1 course or an approved equivalent.
