    Our Nutrition and Culture course explores the cultures, foods and nutritional standards of various cultural groups across Canada. Examine how culture and tradition determine food choices in different populations. Understand the challenges of changing eating habits in a new environment and chronic disease rates in a variety of populations. Gain insight into how to use both cultural and nutritional knowledge in order to provide nourishing food.
