• Microsoft Excel 1 COMP 9197

    Our Microsoft Excel 1 course teaches you a variety of fundamental commands and activities. Learn how to create worksheets, perform simple mathematical equations, save and retrieve files, and edit and alter the appearance of the worksheet.

    Equipment Requirements:

    You will be required to purchase a textbook and have a USB memory stick (minimum capacity of 2 GB).

    Equivalencies:

    This course – when paired with our COMP 9209 Microsoft Access course – is equivalent to the CIB 221 (Computer Applications II) course offered by the Canadian Institute of Bookkeeping (CIB).

    Prerequisite(s)

    You must have completed our COMP 9334 Computer Basics and Microsoft Office course or an approved equivalent.
