Students investigate fundamental macroeconomics principals with an emphasis on the use of economic models to analyze economic developments accurately and objectively. Through a combination of instruction and practical application, students examine unemployment, inflation and economic growth as well as evaluate government use of fiscal and monetary policy in dealing with these key macroeconomic issues.
