Litigation for Law Clerks LAW 9014 Exam Preparation Email to a Friend formerly Litigation Intended for experienced legal secretaries or law clerks, our Litigation for Law Clerks course focuses on civil practice that involves researching, drafting pleadings, preparing documents for court proceedings, preparing documentary evidence, preparing for and assisting at trial and appeals, and conducting examinations in aid of the execution and enforcement of orders. Note(s) You must register in and pay for this course through George Brown College and register in and pay for the Litigation exam through the Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario (ILCO). The exam fee is $150, and the exam will be written on Tuesday, March 21, 2017. You must submit the completed exam registration form prior to the registration deadline (February 28, 2017) in order to sit the exam. Your final grade will be issued by the ILCO after you complete the exam.
